The 7th GMG Chess Online Tournament finished with amazing result. As NM Jonathan Tan secured the title with one-round to go.
Throughout the tournament, Jonathan's speed, tactical skill, experienced, dedication and unwavering composure were evident in his game play as he finished with fantastic 11/12 points and securing the top spot with cash prize of P1,500 and certificate. NM Julius Sinangote got the 2nd spot with 9.5/12 points with superior tiebreak of 62 than 3rd placer Kevin Arquero with only 58, they received P1,000 and P500 + certificate respectively.
